I Peter 5:7: "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you"
Very interesting to know that 80% of all the things we worry about will never happen. The opposite is also true, 80% of what we could achieve is dampened by us worrying and not doing. Lets act and move forward in the things God has for us.
Philippians 4:6: "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God" Philippians 4:7: "And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus" Philippians 4:8: "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things" Philippians 4:9: "Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you."
Philippians 4 verse 8 says it all. Have a great day thinking upon “good” things”
II Peter 1:3: "According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue"
Hebrews 11: 1 clearly states that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, which ties in nicely with what Peter wrote above. He statement is past tense, “hath given”, which means it is done, which means I have all I need for today, tomorrow and my entire live hear on earth.
Philippians 4:19: "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus"
How many times have I used this scripture to declare that my needs are to be met? Eina, wrong verse to use as Pauls writes and says that “your” needs will be met, yip, it does not say my needs. So, as we sow our seed not grudgingly nor sparingly we will reap what Paul wrote. Today, enjoy sowing and your needs will be met.
III John 1:2: "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth"
According to John my health and prosperity is equated to the way my soul prospers. My soul is made up of a mind, a will and emotions. May you today grow in understanding, may your will engage by using that understanding and may your emotions not distract you from what you understood.
Psalms 34:9: "O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him"
Often the word fear is equated to fearing a lion or wild dog about to attack us, but that is not what David mend, neither would it be right to fear God in that manner. David explains later that that fear is to hate sin. In other words, when we hate sin “fear” we will have all we need. Sin is the only thing that separates us from God, thus from every good gift. Eliminate “fear” sin and you will be well supplied
I Corinthians 10:13: "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it"
Thank you God that you know what I can handle. Help me to trust you today and not my own abilities. Lord please come into my past and alter my future. In You I am a winner, in You I will stand.
Matthew 8:16: “When the evening was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses”
A friend one day told me he was coming down with flu, and yes before long he had the flew. Once something has been internalized it is only a question of time before it will happen. Don’t allow things that are not Biblical, like sickness ruin what could be a healed lifestyle. Speak things that are not as though they are.
I John 4:4: "Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world"
My victory might now yet been seen in the natural, but that does not mean I have failed. Like the apostle Paul said, I press forward. Remember that through today your are moving set by set closer to the final mark. Enjoy and smile as you will not fail.
John 16:33: "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world"
One of my favourite speeches ever made was by Martin Luther, who said: “feelings come and feelings go, my only authority is the Word of God, nothing else is worthy believing”. So, let not feelings take the better of you today, be of good cheer, it is only feelings, God is still in control.
