Luke 12:42 “And the Lord said “who then is that faithful & wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season?”
God needs people whom He can work with to get His will done here on earth. He needs someone who will be faithful and act on His Word. Someone who is alert to the move of the Holy Spirit, knows His Word and will be obedient to it. God needs people He can count on, whom He can trust over His household. Are you a faithful steward?
Isaiah 55:8-9 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
There are times in our lives where we know that we know that God wants us to do something, yet our flesh kicks against it with all its might. Sometimes we do what God wants us to do, yet we feel remorse in our hearts because it just doesn’t make sense in the natural. This is where we need to guard our hearts and always remember this scripture. His ways are truly higher than ours, and in the end, God always have our best interest at heart. You may not understand it now, but trust and obey Him and feed on His faithfulness.
Ezekiel 36:26 “I will give you a new heart & put a new spirit within you. I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh & give you a heart of flesh.”
Have you hardened your heart towards God? Towards His way & will for your life? Well friend, today God wants to remove that heart of stone, rebellion & unforgiveness. We don’t always understand God’s will but we need to trust Him. Let go of the things that can’t be changed and allow your heart to be pliable and teachable again. Allow God to heal and restore what has been lost and receive your new heart of flesh today.
John 10:27 “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”
Motives, ambitions and preconceived ideas, can make it difficult for us to recognize God’s voice. All these things can make us hear what we want to hear and not necessarily what God is telling us. It is important to remember, that the voice we hear inside, must always agree with God’s Word.

1 Corinthians 6:17 “But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.”
Just think about it, we understand “one in flesh” so let “one in spirit” sink in. We know our bodies are the temple (dwelling place) of the Holy Spirit. That is why it’s important to keep ourselves pure and clean, because God is Holy! “We were bought at a price, therefore GLORIFY GOD in your body & spirit, which is God’s.” Read 1 Cor 6:12-20
Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God”
Silence enables us to experience the kind of intimacy with God we so desperately long for. But it requires a deliberate choice to become quiet. Inside each of us there is a place of silence, and only we know when we are in that place of rest. I challenge you to become still before God, to enter that place of rest.
1 Corinthians 3:18-19 “Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness.”
Let no one glory in man! Listen to the counsel of man but always remember that God’s Word stands. Do not put your faith & trust in man. What is wise to the world is foolishness to God. Fear God & obey Him.
James 3:5-8 “See how great a forest a little fire kindles! 6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. 7 For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind. 8 But no man can tame the tongue.”
James says that no man can tame the tongue. That is actually good news, because it is not you who will tame your own tongue but it is the fire of God, the anointing of the Holy Spirit that will help you to change the way you speak and to start using your tongue to proclaim life and power. Get the fire of God in your life and it will transform every area of your life.
James 1:2-4 "My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing."
When we are facing challenges and problems, it is difficult to have joy; but James tells us that this is the key to overcoming those obstacles that are in your life. As a matter of fact the Bible says that the joy of the lord is your strength. So without joy you will be without strength and you will not be able to face and overcome the trials. You can only have joy when you have Faith, knowing that God will not leave you in the lurch and that He will always help you to get through whatever you are facing.
James 1:16,17 "Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning."
Do not believe the lie of the devil. God is a good God and He does not want to harm you. He may allow certain things to come into your life that are uncomfortable and challenging but He will always give you the strength to overcome every problem. You need to be firm in the knowledge that God cares for you and that every good thing in your life is a gift from Him.
