A&J Daily: God meant it unto Good

Genesis 50:20 "But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive."

It was not by chance the hands of faithless brothers, sold Joseph captive to a foreign land; Nor was it chance which, after years of suffering, brought Joseph before the monarch’s throne.

One Eye all-seeing saw the need of thousands, and planned to meet it through that one lone soul; And through the weary days of prison bondage God was working towards the great and glorious goal Joseph eyes could see the present path of sorrow but could not see the whole.

His faith failed not through those long dark days of waiting. His trust in God was recompensed at last. It was not you but God that sent me to this land. “God meant it unto good". God’s hand is guiding you through the unknown way. The Lord, who sees the end from the beginning, holds your hand in His till you receive the riches of His grace.

//Lord i will never tire to offer prayers for my father who is heartless and habours so much hatred to anyone who wrongs him. he doesnt have a forgiving heart, believes and worships ancestral spirits and idols. consults traditional healers and spirit mediums for protection and to run his business. Lord only you shall we serve and we can see that our father is living in darkness and we ask for you to shine your light brightly upon his life. we ask you to touch him and change his personality. we offer these prayers daily cause you told us that whatever we ask in your name you will do it. Lord us and our households shall serve you forever and we do not want to live in the same way our father is living. Lord teach us to live according to what you say in your word for we want to be imitators of you in everyway. we acknowledge we have so many weaknesses and please do forgive us when we sin. Lord we thank you for bringing salvation into our lives. in your name we cut all the chains that the devil had used to connect us to himself. we prophecise blessings and breakthroughs in our lives. thank you for bringing deliverance into our lives and we know that as we are praying our father has been delivered from the evil spirits that have strongholds in his life. we continue to pray that he repents, get baptised and follow you all the days of his life. Lord our hope is in you and we wait expectently for your response for you have reassured us that no father will give a stone to a son who asks for bread and if us mortal man know how to give good gifts to our children what more of you Lord. Lord destroy every works of darkness in my father's life. any wealth and prosperity that came from darkness destroy it all Lord. we ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen
