Genesis 50:20 "But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive."
It was not by chance the hands of faithless brothers, sold Joseph captive to a foreign land; Nor was it chance which, after years of suffering, brought Joseph before the monarch’s throne.
One Eye all-seeing saw the need of thousands, and planned to meet it through that one lone soul; And through the weary days of prison bondage God was working towards the great and glorious goal Joseph eyes could see the present path of sorrow but could not see the whole.
His faith failed not through those long dark days of waiting. His trust in God was recompensed at last. It was not you but God that sent me to this land. “God meant it unto good". God’s hand is guiding you through the unknown way. The Lord, who sees the end from the beginning, holds your hand in His till you receive the riches of His grace.
